Adel is a fantastic teacher and I really enjoy my lessons with her. Our lessons cover all aspects of BSL including active and receptive signing opportunities, so that I am confident to use the language myself as well as watch and understand others who are signing. As a fellow linguist, Adel understand what works for me when learning a new language and is able to communicate the fundamentals of BSL in a way that I understand easily. The activities are always fun as well as informative, covering all aspects of the language, as well as Deaf culture and history. My confidence and understanding of BSL has sky-rocketed in the last year and a bit of having lessons with Adel and I look forward to my lessons every week!
