Cancellations / rescheduling of 1-1 lessons
Lessons will be charged for in full unless:
Everyday commitments – the lesson is cancelled 24 hours prior
Illness – please notify us by 9:00 AM on the day of your lesson
for lessons before 9:00 AM please cancel at least 1 hour before
Cancellations / rescheduling of workshops and group lessons
Once paid, workshops and group lessons are non refundable.
In certain circumstances, a credit may be transferred to a later date, at the discretion of management.
